Please remember that you qualify for a free eye examination if you are :-

• Over 60 years old.

• Diabetic.

• Under 16 years of age, or under 19 years of age and in full time education.

• Over 40 years old with a family history of Glaucoma.

• On Income Support, NHS Tax Credit or Pension Credit Guarantee Credit.
